Using the Smith
Gallery Shop
Making a purchase from the Smith Gallery could not be easier. Just browse
our gallery, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them
to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click
on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we
need to be able to satisfy the order. Previous customers can use their
email address to call up any previously entered information.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from
outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert
the transaction to your local currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch,
Delta and JCB cards.
Credit Card
Security
All credit card orders placed using our Secure Online Shop are processed
via our card processing agents, Secpay. Personally identifiable information
provided to the Smith Gallery is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
technology, a powerful encryption protocol that protects data as it travels
over the Internet. All Internet commerce transactions by Secpay are encrypted
to ensure your data can only be read by themselves. When you submit your
order you will see a 'yellow lock' symbol occur at the bottom of your
browser. Once your credit card transaction has been processed you will
leave the SecPay payment page and return to the Smith Gallery site, where
you may continue to browse. No credit card details are stored on the Smith
Gallery website.
Delivery
& Handling
The Smith Gallery makes every effort to ship all items ordered by the
online shop within 15 days of receiving your credit card approval or payment.
If we should run into difficulty shipping within this period, we will
promptly contact you for further information or let you know the new estimated
shipping date. Delivery charges vary depending on the print type being
ordered. Classic Series and Collectors Proof prints incure a delivery
charge of £10 pounds whereas an order including a Masters Edition
print will increase the delivery to £20.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always
be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not
wait. Your credit card will not be charged until we are ready to ship
your order.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
If the order is made from outside the UK or the EU then any local taxes
or charges must be paid on receipt of the order.

working days of the item being delivered. This applies to all of our products.
To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period,
please contact the Smith Gallery as soon as possible. Please package the
relevant items securely and send them to us with a copy of the delivery

the date that the item was delivered to you. The return address is:

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery

this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for
that item together with the item's normal postage charge--we cannot refund
any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. For
